By accessing and using Hoamy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Hoamy provides a web-based management system for Homeowners Associations, including features for: • User and member management • Financial tracking and invoicing • Property management • Document sharing • Communication tools • Voting and polls
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring information you provide is accurate and current • Complying with applicable laws and HOA regulations • Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select • Payment is processed through our secure payment provider (Polar.sh) • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice • Failure to pay may result in service suspension
You agree not to: • Use the platform for unlawful purposes • Upload malicious software or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with other users' access to the platform • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
The platform and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees • At your request to close your account
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands.
